Cold Stone Creamery

If you want to order pick up, I highly suggest you do not. Our order was supposed to be ready by 8:08. It is now 8:43 and they are still making our ice cream. They took orders from people behind us in line while our “already ready to go” order hadn’t even been started. We waited for 30 minutes, AFTER PRE ORDERING! Save your time, and your money.

There were 3 employees working behind the line only 1 person taking orders they would all talk to each other but not to the customers. The lack of ordertaking created a huge line of people. Then they would flirt with just one customer until he left. One of the girls, her hair started sliding out of her ponytail so she shook her hair until her ponytail holder fell off but her hair is falling all over the counter her hair came down to her butt. It was gross display of not caring and uncleanliness. When we finally got our order taken and left the building only to discover the cone is chewy not crisp and ice cream taste like the chemical air freshener sprayed in the room we had to throw it away. I will not be back.

Worst cold stone I have ever visited. Went there yesterday, ordered a love it and had to ask the guy to put more ice cream in it twice because it was way below the top of the cup. The photos below are after I asked him to add more. He also only put 1 of each ingredient. My husband and I go to cold stones a lot and it is NEVER this bad, and for a love it they always put at lease 2 of each ingredient. This is the 2nd time visiting this store and both times same thing happened. The only person working was also exchanging ice cream for a bag of stuff from 5 guys, with no money exchanged. Management needs to get it together over here.

Love coming here. Great fast service .The ice cream is delicious! I like to get the "baby" size because it still comes with a good amount of ice cream without being too filling. If you like tropical flavors, try mixing the banana and coconut ice creams and then add in pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries! YUM!!
