Round Table Pizza

My family and I ordered pizza to be delivered to our house. We waited 2 hours for the pizza, only to receive a call telling us they don't deliver to our area. They charged us $110 for the pizzas and never refunded the money. I checked our bank account 4 days later and noticed the charge. So I called and spoke to a man who was extremely rude to me when I explained the situation. He said that he will look into it and then hung up on me! I hope the owner becomes aware of this type of unprofessional and fraudulent behavior and deals with this immediately! I have made a report to my bank to have them handle this matter. I would never spend money at an establishment that conducts themselves in such a disgusting way.

Hello, we just ordered pizza from this establishment and received the best customer service of our entire life from your worker Bailey/Baley. She answered every question we had without hesitation and was very kind. She was patient, fun, and good spirited, especially for working on New Year’s Eve. We hope the best for her in life. She confirmed my name (Tommy) several times and was overall very pleasant.
