I was surprisingly impressed by the customer service i am here as i type and the lady working was super friendly like the type of gal that loves her job she made me want to come back just because i felt her energy

Just got some food door dashed and it was literally terrible... I had a cheeseburger special and the bun was greasy.. then I literally had 20 French fries... And I ordered a sprite and it literally had a whole cup of ice with little sprite :( I used to love Besto but I don't think I'll have it in the near future...

So disappointing to write this bad review as we have always loved Besto. The last 2 times we have been, our order has been so messed up. Wasn’t even able to eat most of what we ordered. Frustrating to say the least.

Had a chicken biscuit and grits. Food was good, fast and polite service. Coffee was a bit burnt. Worth going.

Besto's use to have great food back a few years ago, when it use to be in that old shack location. 🍔🌭 Food now is somewhat ok. Friendly staff though.
