Absolutely the best from the time you walk in the door with Amazing customer service. There machines are clean the floor is clean. The drink station does not smell like dirty feet. The deli was amazing the food was so so much better then the Horseshoe. If your looking for a great night out drive the extra mile. You will NOT be disappointed.

I have always loved the casino. Unfortunately, things have become very bad. High bets consistently having bonuses that pay 2.00 to 6.00. To make things even more frustrating, their reward system is false. Players who play often are not rewarded. Players who haven't visited for quite a while get strong benefits in order to draw them back. Yes, I compare the offers I receive with friends who have stopped going. I have spoken multiple times with reps etc, but they shrug it off. You're best to skip it and go to Firekeepers up north or Hollywood down south.

Right when you walk in, you’re hit so hard with a cloud of smoke. Everyone smoking like a chimney and doesn’t seem ventilated well. Only played craps, but was a horrible experience. The staff cuss like sailors and don’t seem to know math. Got overpaid, underpaid, and rated horrible. Don’t expect to earn any points for your Cesar’s rewards, even if you buy-in for $10k and gamble for 10+ hours. I think I may have earned 80 points. The staff at the table besides cussing would make fun of you and never act like they wanted you there. Didn’t get one smile, except from Emily who was very sweet but couldn’t get any of the payouts right. She is a blackjack dealer so it’s just hard to find help I guess. Brian making the comment about my Dad’s wife (my mom) was so vulgar and upsetting, we were ready to cash out 5 minutes in. He had absolutely no people skills and made way too many comments that were offensive to be in a ‘people’ position. The cocktail waitress only hits the table once every 30 minutes or longer. Do not recommend this place.

I can't think of one thing that I dont find enjoyable other than the obvious spending of money vs. winning of course when I visit the Anderson Casino..but it's worth every dime (especially when you place those Max Bets)😁🤑 an actually hit...great payouts I have seen an experienced! I have found it to be a very clean establishment where you usually always spot an employee sweeping or wiping down slots an tables. Definitely a place I highly recommend...just visited lastnight an now that I posted this review I have decided I am going again. Wish me luck!
