Ordered the sesame chicken plate. The rice was very dry and the chicken taste like it's been sitting all day. Only thing that was decent was the egg roll and it still wasn't the greatest. Would not recommend. I spent over $22 for two plates and me and my wife ended up throwing most of it away

Was extremely disappointed in the food here. The egg drop soup was way too thick, and the crunchy noodles? Definitely the worst I ever ate. Tasted like cardboard...never known a Chinese restaurant that did not fry their own, but these were the worst possible quality. I took one bite of the egg roll and tasted freezer burn, so the rest went in the trash. The "sweet and sour chicken"? I wish I bought a bag of frozen PF CHANGS. Would have tasted better. The chicken is definitely frozen out of a bag, and the sauce (served separately) was thick and red, and went into the trash withe the rest of the meal. This is a busy place, so many people must enjoy their food, but I certainly did not, and won't ever be back.

I ordered fried wings and pork fried rice. The rice is over cooked and fluffy. The wings taste semi burnt like cooked in old grease. They were also over cooked and did not have much flavor. I was overwhelmed with smell of Clorox which is a good sign for cleanliness but not at expense of customer being able to breath. It could have been taken care of at close of business. Normally you will smell fresh aroma of delicious food but that is not what I was served so go figure. Also staff did not have on gloves or masks. I observed the cook wipe his face with back of his hand and did not wash them.

I got sweet and sour chicken for my daughter, but it smelled and looked really off. It stunk. I ripped one open and I've never seen chicken like that, so I tried it and instantly spit it out and gagged. It was chewy and hard at the same time. I can't describe the taste but I can't get the taste out of my mouth no matter what I try. Normally if I don't like something, I'll just move on but this was so incredibly disgusting that something needs to be said. I'm never dramatic about bad food or messed up orders and I respect food service workers, but this, this made me feel partially violated because it was THAT bad. I've never experienced such disappointment in my life

New to the area and looking to try a new place. The food was hot and fresh, we were served quickly by helpful, polite staff, and we got a lot for our money's worth. Will definitely eat here again.

Horrible experience today. Called to order pick up food and it took me 10 minutes to place a simple order. I was THEN informed that they can't accept cash(really?). No worries though, I let them know I could pay with a card when I picked up the food. I was told that wasn't an option and had to give my card number over the phone if I wanted them to start cooking my food. Or I could pay when I got there and then they would start cooking it. Order was not a huge order. $25
I will tell everyone I can to not eat at this place. Empire is closed on Tuesdays or I wouldn't have called Wok and Roll anyway.

I come here for their soups and they are always sooo delicious! Always my go to when craving some hot delicious soup! The prices are great, the staff is nice and will deliver in some areas! Definitely recommend! We will keep coming back and supporting this business!

It would have been nice if my General Tsu's chicken actually contained chicken. We picked several pieces apart and found nothing but breading in most. Largest piece of chicken could have hidden under a dime. Mongolian beef was excellent which is why they got a couple of stars
