Came to this place once and food was terrible and customer service sucked but I tried to give them another chance do to the fact I know you can have a bad day but even though the door and website says open now and open at 6 am to 10 pm for drive thru on their door the manager still told me they weren't opening until 8 and when I said what the time says she basically told me I was lying bc that was for the week. It says Saturday "6 am to 10 pm". Had me sitting in drive thru for 10 minutes before I finally pulled up and called.

Do not go here! Took 10 minutes to get a whopper. After waiting so long the food was cold, fries were extremely old and nasty. They're out of stock with a bunch of items. Staff seemed confused and untrained. Hope I don't get food poisoning.

For one got hair in my food & the phone don’t work‼️ They have you sitting to the window waiting to take your money with the window open & they don’t greet you ... food now even fresh to be waiting ...

Only one employee working. She deserves employee of the month. She took orders and prepared orders. Burger King need to do a lot better at this location. It's either closed or only have 1 to 2 people working this is unacceptable, especially since you're located across the street from a hospital.

I think this is a great Burger King to go to. It is convenient to our home. The employees are always friendly and gets my orders right. The food is hot.

I went to breakfast at burger King on Greenville at Anderson SC, this week the food was good fresh staff was nice. It was so great to have such a wonderful experience. Great job burger King. Great foodand Great crew
