I don't particularly like Wendy's but one thing I can say about them is the lettuce and tomatoes they put on their burgers is always fresh. You won't find soggy warm lettuce on their sandwiches. The burgers are fresh too. They may keep some of the beef in a warmer but not the whole sandwich like some places. Now their sweet tea is never fresh and that will ruin the whole meal when the tea taste like diesel fuel

Wendy's use to be great now they drop down just above Burger King. The service is no better. The food is put together with no care. The amount of time it takes them to complete your order you would think differently.

Because of my situation I got doordash to deliver my order. Wendys cheated me out of a double classic burger. I called three times, no answer. I couldn't go up there n I didn't think doordash driver would go back for it. Its no big deal really, but this is one business that really needs to up their game. When I do go there, I often do get shorted an item or two. The employees usually act like they always have a bad day. They're never nice, especially at drive thru. There's times food would be lil warm n drive thru takes forever. I'll go to BK b4 I revisit Wendy's, at least they usually get my order right.

Every time I have gone through the drive thru in the last couple of weeks, I have been served promptly, with a smile, good customer service skill, and my order is always hot and correct!!! I like that a lot!!!

They are awesome, went to chill out for a little bit ask if they had any coffee she said I can make you some wow this was 5:00 pm and she did.

Fantastic just like every Wendy's. The meat is fresh, the fries hot and crispy and with that sea salt I mean just heaven. The staff were excellent and super polite and handled my order and food with love. Also gotta love that Wendy's app for the free food!!!

Wanted to try again as my last experience was not up to par. Well they got worse!! For $9.69 I received a half order soggy fries, a Baconator that the bacon almost broke my teeth and a flat Diet DrPepper. TERRIBLE

No thank you had me waiting long at the intercom they pick and choose who to be nice to do better pls ! Manger need to also train them on how to make cookies the correct way no way my cookie looks like this ! I love Wendy’s Y’all employees ? don’t makE Wendy’s look bad that’s really low of yall
