I have actually been here twice in about a week. The second time I brought my friend because it was so good. She agreed. Steaks are hard to get just right but Carson's has got it down perfect. The rest of the meal went along with the steak well.

We went here for mother's day with my family and the service was horrible our waitress was rude and my husband's steak the cowboy cut We had to send back three times and it was still rare. The restrooms were unclean and smelled bad. The waitress forgot to bring me out salad and scampi. We were so excited about going there to celebrate mothers day never again my son got sick eating. Hickenlooper tenders and we still had to pay $107 DO NOT EAT HERE.

My baked potato wasn't fresh and my tenders were over cooked. The waitress was really sweet. The greeters at the door didn't greet us at All as we were trying to get my mom's walker through the door they were just standing there looking at us.😔😔😔

Floors were dirty, steak was salty and loaded with fat, "loaded" potatoes had 3 bacon bits and literally 10 pieces of shredded cheese, asked for medium rare and steak come out well done. Asked for sautéed onions, got mushrooms.
The side Cesar salad was great. Maybe they should switch to Carsons salads🤷♂️
Was NOT impressed and will not be back. Will stick with Texas Roadhouse all day long.

Absolutely the worst filet mignon ever! The ribeye was horrible as well. We will never go back. We feel we wasted our $48. Could have gotten a much better meal cheaper someplace else. I have NEVER had a filet mignon with so much fat and gristle. Same for my husband's ribeye. Husband said the salad was bad also. Lettuce was wilted, not fresh, not crunchy. I choose onion rings as my 2nd side. Although they tasted good, they were not hot. We expected so much more from a local restaurant vs a chain restaurant. Next time in Anderson when we want a steak, we'll stick with a chain restaurant.

We ate there this past week. The service is okay, the steak was great but the sides are horrible. They have practically nothing green. I wound up getting the salad just to have something green and it was not good.

Great food and friendly staff. Awesome waitress. Wait time was not very long, despite being very busy. Food was delicious.
