They aren’t giving access to bathrooms today 03-2722 time was 545 pm the clerk at the counter was completely unprofessional and he told me they don’t even have bathroom for themselves . Being that 7-eleven corporate it’s the #1 on handling stuff like this they will come down to the owners of this store . And also to hire people that act professionally not like that man at the counter

This establishment has turned my entire family away from doing business or spending our money at any 7/11 establishment. On numerous occasions we have been treated rudley and shown nothing but disrespect. Our most recent encounter was with an employee named Jackie. Not only was Jackie rude, she also allowed obvious friends of hers. To step ahead of mutiple people in line. And then told us and several other costumers that her till was closed and we could not purchase what we came for. We have 12 vehicles in my family and 7 in my business. It might be a small dent but we feel that Jackie was the tipping point of using any 7/11 products. Regards

On Aug 6th 2019, I stopped for a slushee. I found a cat someone abandoned. Employees said someone drove up and dumped her off. She had a collar on as well. Well she is the best cat, she loves snuggles. Whatever happened for her to be abandoned, and whoever abandoned her... She found a good home. The employees where so nice and gave her food, water and a box. She was only there since that morning.

This store is horrible. Mornings are crowded the coffee is always out no sugar no creamer. The coffee station is always dirty. The two women there are not capable of running that store in the mornings. The prior manager had the store so organized clean and in order. I was told she went to a new store on 29 please bring her back. They will see you standing at the register and will continue to do other things before waiting on you. The African American female with the glasses that works weekends is rude and not a people person at all. Never smiles speaks or says thank you.

I go there after a 16 hour shift to get gas, and the doors are locked. They’re saying they’re closed. When in the hell did 7/11 start closing? Shift change I understand but closing? And the stop a minit was closed before I got there. I couldn’t pay the the pump for the gas because I was using Apple Pay. I’ll never again in life go to this 7/11. And I will be calling cooperate.
