John's Cabin

A lot of folk think this a great place to go for drinks at lunch time. When I went there for lunch the waitress/bartender was working non stop to fill drink orders. Someone thinks it's a good place, but not me. Have you ever had hamburger that had freezer burn? You know the taste it leaves. Unpleasant. I ordered a hamburger steak plate and 30 minutes later it was presented. I had a hard time cutting it with a fork, it was over cooked and had a strong freezer burn flavor. I set it aside and paid my check and left. I am always on the lookout for new restaurants and little out of the way places, so that's why I went that day. Never again. Fool me once.... Added later.... This location is closed. Maybe from the effects of the pandemic. Bummer. I don't wish that on anybody.
