Lovely local dine in/drive in burger place and more! Staff is a bunch of young future Anacortesians and the food choices is always phenomenal, simple and predictable! The chalkboard is easy to read and overall nice place to chill, big windows to look around. Also the burgers were great just add ketchup of course. I also had fish and chips here and definitely recommend that too, if you live in Anacortes I would say definitely drop by and "eat outside" here and support local. No dont go to Jack in the Box, save that for the late night cravings and just be patient... trust the process and wait for your food to get made, this isnt fast food, this is fresh food ;)
I ordered fish and chips and a milkshake. The fish and chips were hot and tasty. The byblackberry milkshake is to die for. Deelicious!
They were attentive and offered a pup dog(plain burger patty) for my dog. He loved it. They make real milkshakes not "shakes" like you see on some menus. Service was great.
Yummy I had chili dog and fries both were delicious and filling I couldn't finish it all so I took the leftovers home, my sweetie enjoyed the leftovers for his work lunch.
I ordered a icecream it tasted sour to me and my sweetie, I took it to the counter and they agreed gave me a refund.
I am looking forward to returning an having a soft served icecream, the food and service were both good.
Man what can i say. Food was fast, fresh, and tasted. Got the Burger Basket Delux and the Fish and Chips with some milkshakes (Oreo and Banana). We were so hungry we did not get a chance to take a proper picture of the food so this was the best we got. Great Drive-In and food was excellent. If in the area again I will plan on returning. MAN THIS WAS GOOD!
I’ll keep this one short and sweet. I’ve been driving past their sign for “Blackberry Milkshakes” for the past week; and I finally gave in.
It was 2 minutes to close, and I’m very hesitant to keep people late. But there was a few people inside and the “open” sign still on.
Suffice to say, the shake did not disappoint (YUM).
I ordered a medium it was more than enough for one. The menu looked good, will definitely be back to check out the French Dip.
They have the dine in your car option, as well as outdoor patio seating, and some indoor seating too.
I love the yummy food. Service good, kind workers. Atmosphere

Hubby and I rode the bike up to Anacortes for our anniversary and dined here. The food was absolutely premium. Service was also good. Nothing special about the atmosphere, but nothing negative either. I did enjoy the view toward the water, but most of all the really cute and sweet dog dining in the outdoor area seating with her person!
I had the prawns. which were cooked to perfection, and hot and fresh, and nice big plump juicy steak fries. The garlic bread was also good, and of course cant go wrong with Ivar's clam chowder. It was more than I could eat all of, and if I hadn't been on the back of a motorcycle I'd have had to get a doggie bag
The must stop in Anacortes ! Vintage, Cool and Delicious! Always help with my sweet tooth ordering the peach milkshake 🤤 also the burgers and the fish are AWESOME!

We had a great lunch here. The food was delicious and really quick service. If you are passing by Anacortes and want to stop for a quick bite I would highly recommend here.
