Just moved her from out of state. Awesome coffee, just wish you had a larger large size like Dunkins XL so I could have more longer. Better than all otherfranchises.

This is BY FAR my favorite PJs coffee location. I’ve been going here for over three years and they have never once messed up my order. The barista‘s are always nice and friendly!!!

Always good and at times great! The featured flavors seem to better than the standard and usual versions of coffee. I love that I can get decaf lattes with Splends and lose no flavor.

I love PJ's Coffee there Carmel Velvet Ice is awesome. It's my everyday caffeine fix and if you get 100 points you get a large one free your choice.

The girls who work in this building are awesome, their customer service is impeccable. I go to this location every single day at least once a day, sometimes 3 times a day literally, and I have been doing this for almost 2 years straight. I choose to go to this location over McDonald’s where my drink would be $2 cheaper, and the main reason I do this is because of these girls service. The day before yesterday though, something happened and I’m a bit irritated with it considering how much money and recommendation I put into the company. Anyways I was met at the drive thru widow to a lady who I have never seen before, she told me my price and it wasn’t compliant with the price I get every single other day, so I asked her what it was about and her exact words were “you got an extra scoop of powder, it’s an extra charge, and I’m the manager here so if you have gotten another price, whoever rang you up was charging you wrong, if it’s me ringing you up you know your price is right” and it’s really about how she said it cause I can understand if I have been charged wrong in the past but she was flat out rude and had a very big head about the fact that she was the manager so it was right. It’s extremely sad that the manager has horrible customer service, it’s also extremely sad that the manager doesn’t know her EVERYDAY customers. Also if what she said was correct, when I get a large mocha velvet ice with no whip cream and no drizzle with an extra scoop of powder why is the price not reduced for the whip and drizzle but I’m charged extra for the powder?? Doesn’t make sense to me.

The Honey Macadamia Nut is sooo good. I got one yesterday and today. Yesterday's medium was $5.30. Today's large was $6.41. I can't seem to figure out why they're the same cup size with different prices. Same issue in Hammond. Hmmmm💆 Update: Thanks for your response and desire to connect with your customers. I was confused too when I saw the similarities in size. Requested information sent. Look forward to speaking to you further. Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would. Simple reason being, the way they treat their employees. I’ve been to this pjs a few times and the managers have acted like it wasn’t a priority. Recently, the AC I went out here. Instead of the managers calling anyone about the problem, they are pushing the employees to work in a shop, it’s 87 degrees INSIDE and the managers refuse to do anything. The mold growth inside the store alone is a concern due to condensation and the growth I have already seen here. You would think the managers would do something about it for the health of others.
