Domino's Pizza

I don’t know what’s wrong with the staff there but they are very rude. First of all, it says you close at 3:00 AM? Please fix your schedule online, but even more your workers can’t pretend to care about your customers? This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had… I don’t understand what makes it that hard to at least be nice to the customers? love dominoes but this location really needs some help. I think that domino’s corporate should really take a look into this location and hopefully do something to fix it. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from domino’s anytime soon unless this store gets some serious help…

The pizzas are decent. But you know that "2 minute delivery to your car or your next pizza is free" charade? The charlatans simply stopped the timer at 14 seconds and then took four minutes to bring the pizza out. When I asked about the free pizza I was told I'd get it through the app. Of course I didn't - the timer said they had it to me in 14 seconds.

I have never had any problems with this store but when I ordered online and my order hadn't been started after an hour I decided to call and make sure they were open due to it being Easter. I was very polite and told the employee I just wanted to make sure they were open and that was all. They responded by yelling at me about how they were busy and it was my fault and were very rude. I have worked in the food industry and been in much worse situations and never reacted that way.

Haven't had Dominos pizza in literally decades, this time wasn't bad though. I ordered at the store, to go, and in about fifteen minutes or so, I was gone. Fast, friendly service, literally there was about ten people behind the counter working. Constant stream of people picking up, and deliveries going out. Free wifi, I imagine they cater, eat in option, tvs, bathroom, benchs to sit. The store looked clean and kept up, overall good experience for a budget pizza...

Just called about a simple question. Listened to the background music and ads for about 5 minutes before someone finally picked up the phone, which I was understanding about. The guy picked up the phone and didn’t even say hello, just said “sorry we’re closed.” and hung up before I could speak. My call was made over 10 minutes before they closed. I had a simple question that could’ve been answered in less than 20 seconds. I’ve never had such an awful interaction with a business in my entire life. This is pathetic. Whoever was working tonight should be fired. I hope corporate sees this and weeds out the bad employees. We will not be giving our money to domino’s again. Pathetic.
