I enjoy Culver's for 2 main reasons. 1)No matter which of 5 locations in 3 states I've visited, the food truly is consistently good & 2) Every crew member ever has been genuinely nice & really seemed to want to help. Good job guys! (Now if only you'd build a store in Eugene OR).

A cut above most other fast food places - but also not quite as fast. Be prepared to wait several minutes for your food. The burgers and other fare are very tasty here though and certainly worth the wait. The employees here are polite, attentive, personable, and do their jobs well. The place is always CLEAN, which is always a big plus for me, and now in these Covid times, more than ever. The location of the Ames Culvers is a bit odd - behind some other businesses, but at least once you find it the parking is adequate.

Stopped by the Ames Culver's recently with a large group for lunch. Now that we have moved away from the Midwest, I really miss Culver's. So glad there is a location nearby school so I can stop by and get a cod sandwich with a side of cheese curds and finish with a scoop of flavor of the day custard. The Ames location is relatively new and there's usually enough seating. If you have never been to Culver's before, please consider visiting instead of going to other fast food chains that is literally available anywhere else.

The food is delicious, the Custard is creamy and tasty. I also appreciated their decisions to speed up the drive-thru, it was innovative. Staff seem motivated and do a great job!

gone here twice, both times we’re disappointing. Poor customer service, long wait times. Today we ordered two meals, they forgot the sauce on our sandwiches and dressing for the salad. Gave me a coffee instead of the shake I asked for. I’ve been to Culver’s in other cities that were fantastic, but this Culver’s is awful.

The food is consistently good. The down side is the drive thru. While the competition has learned to master the drive thru with speed, Culver's sadly lags behind the competition at the drive thru. I wish they would figure out how to handle the drive thru as well as they do their food.
