Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite, so even though other places do a lot of cool flavors, Chip is my favorite because they do my favorite cookie the best. Very consistent too. No over or under baked cookies here. It's perfect every time. Also, when I last went, the girl who helped me was super kind and awesome.

Very good cookies, but overpriced at $3.75 each or $12.50 per box of 4. The cookie dough (4 for $11.50 is good for taking home and baking at your leisure. Better pricing would eat it a 5 star.

We love Chip cookies, and ordered tonight and they messed up our order (the first time they have over our several years of ordering from them). So when I called to let them know, they were not only super apologetic but then sent a whole new and larger batch of cookies ASAP to our house as an apology. We are very happy customers, and the cookies, as always, were delicious.

Every time we order their cookies are raw. If i wanted raw cookie dough i would buy a roll of Pillsbury cookie dough

Usually really good but the last 2 times they sold us rock hard cookies (the mini chocolate chip pack). We couldn’t even finish one cookie. Super disappointing because they’re our favorite. So this last time my husband told them about it and they just said it was the best they had and the oven hasn’t been working properly…so he gave them back and said he didn’t want them. Please fix this so we can come back!

I'm very picky about chocolate chip cookies. They should be crisped on the outside and slightly gooey in the middle. These are hands down the best chocolate chip cookies I've bought. I love buying their cookie dough too, freezing it, and eating it over a period of time. Try it!
