The food is great, but last night, we were the only people in line, and it felt like we were being ignored by two employees who were more focused on wiping the counters down. It was 8pm. It's not like we walked in just before they closed. IDK, the whole staff seemed grumpy. Not the usual vibe. Food was good though.

We have always loved eating here. Best pizza! We love doing the build your own. Today we came on Halloween and they gave us trick or treat candy and 30% off our order for dressing up. And the employees were dressed up too and were so fun.

I love Mod so much and have always had a good experience with them. I love that you can pick the size of your pizza and what you want on it. The service is great and the pizza doesn’t take long to be cooked.

I love that MOD will build layer after layer of what you request. By far my favorite place for compassionate health/ all-plant ingredients (roasted garlic, herbs, veggies, plant meat and cheese, various crusts, many veggies and greens) which all come together for a *very tasty* pizza with so many selections and drizzle sauces. They happily obliged adding salad dressings, too. Please turn up the barely audible music here, shy staff, smile and greet your customers. We don't bite until the pizza is served. ;) Thanks so much for the local info, too. :)

Pretty good make your own pizza. They lost our order and we had to wait 20 mins after arriving for a pickup order we had put in ahead of time. They tried to make it better by giving us a strawberry ding dong.

Love mod pizza! I visit often with my son, who has special dietary needs (no wheat, no dairy) which the staff are always gracious to accommodate. Fast, friendly and yummy! Checks all the boxes. Thumbs up.

Pizza was great but can’t give five stars because of quality of service and overall vibe of the employees. Service wasn’t terrible but we were definitely experiencing the effects of the lack of customer service in the rising generation. Is anyone else seeing this trend? We are usually greeted as we enter the restaurant with positive, high energy but this time around I was literally standing in front of the pizza window and had to initiate the salutation. I think a few more minutes would’ve passed by if I wouldn’t have interrupted her while she was making and said hi, how are you? mod is not to blame alone, we are experiencing a zombie like customer service in the 16-year-old plus customer service area, it just seems like they are constantly checked out.

MOD is a pizza mood. It’s all the classic pizza types but with a twist. The Caspian is their version of BBQ chicken and was the perfect amount of crust to topping ratio with just the right amount of crispy yet chewy crust. The flavored lemonade was also a favorite!
