Went in the drive-thru and didn’t get all of my order. Called in and talked to Brooke who was more than happy and helpful. When I went in to pick up what was missing Linda helped me in a kind and timely manner. Absolutely great team in American fork. My favorite Wendy’s location by far. The entire staff is amazing. Special appreciation towards Linda and her help.

Came here tonight and I was delighted by how cool the staff is, I like the vibe and food was great, I loved the peppermint frosty!! 😋 I wish I got all the employee's names, the supervisor was very kind!

Food was great but what really stuck out to me was one of the employees named Amber. They were super friendly and made sure my food was ready quick and that my order was right. Thanks Amber!

We went through drive up. All 8 of us got "Biggie Bags" they got only one wrong (there was no bacon on the double stack). Wer all agree you can never go wrong with a frosty! We all agree two thumbs up!!

This place is getting 5 stars due to Nathan's service. My kids wanted certain toys, and he swapped them out to give the ones they wanted. When our order was missing chocolate milk and a salad he was great in taking care of us. He went above and beyond.

Food is mostly good as the service is slightly lacking in correct orders, always super mature on how they handle their mistakes, the atmosphere is spacious,clean, and a positive place to be!

Originally went to KFC across the street. HORRIBLE!!! (Go read the 1-star review I left them.) But not to mention, you guys were awesome! The lady who took my order was awesome and very professional. The food was FRESH, my friends chicken sandwich was so hot and fresh it burnt his mouth, lol! Thanks for pleasing us we will be back again!!!!

This was a really good experience for a Wendy’s. Never have high hopes but the expectations I did have were exceeded. Great and friendly staff. Fast and efficient and got food quickly after ordering. The order was perfectly accurate which is rare in fast food these days. Only complaint was the fries were a bit old, but still good.

This place is the best Wendy's in Utah county, the staff is super friendly, and very fast to get your order. I always go inside because the drive-thru is always busy and if it gets busy inside they open another register. They also will walk around the restaurant and ask you how your food was and give you a free mint! Can't say enough about this location, I drive past two other Wendy's just to come to the AF Wendy's!
