We found this place to be one of the top
Mexican restaurants near Lehi. Lobby was very quiet on a Sunday afternoon which made for a relaxed atmosphere. Usually the hubby will order seafood burritos or enchiladas but ends up disappointed in the overly fishy taste. La Costa’a crab and shrimp enchilada did not disappoint! Rich creamy sauce swimming with scallops and shrimp, huge portion too! We will be back. I also enjoyed the warmed refried beans to dip with chips as an appetizer❤️. This will be our new go to for local Mexican food!
Our waitress Mary just does an outstanding job. We eat here 2 to 3 times a week. Everyone is always nice and pleasant Roxana and Rosa. Good food is outstanding.! A+++
The one thing I wish is, that they would bring back the old chips and tortilla shells. These are OK, but the other ones were excellent.
Went to #LaCosta in #AmericanFork for #polloALaCreme or #PolloConCreme as they call it in their menu. it is a favorite dish that I can’t find the origins for. one place says South America, another says Guatemala and another says Mexico, or USA. I guess you can say it’s #American as that would cover a multiple continents. Anyways, Pollo Con Creme includes lovely chunky pieces of chicken, sliced onion, peppers, and mushrooms cooked in a yummy cream sauce that pops with flavor, and a richness thanks to hints of smoked paprika and other spices. It comes with your choice of corn or flour tortillas, I went with the more traditional corn. LaCosta serves their meal with free chips and salsa and also includes refried beans. Love the beans, nice and creamy, their salsa is on the mild side, but as all good spiciness, it gets hotter the more you eat 😀. With their large portions I was able to take the leftovers home for another meal. Pollo Con Creme was exactly what I wanted and loved it. The restaurant has an expansive menu that has other things I’d love to enjoy some future time.
We love La Costa. It is a warm, family friendly environment. They serve complimentary chips and salsa with a bean dip as well, which is super yummy. All of the entrees I have tried are delicious and of generous portions. Our server, Mary, was so attentive and personable. She made our visit extra special. La Costa is one of our favorite go-to places.
Now that I have visited here a handful of times, it's time to review. This place is hardly ever busy. The staff is friendly and there are a few servers who, I can tell, really enjoy their jobs! The food is really good. They start you off with chips, beans, and their really refreshing salsa. I love the bean and cheese burrito. The sauce is a combination of sweet and savory. Sometimes the burrito comes with rice and beans, sometimes it doesn't. We also have ordered the Enchilada La Costa and Steak La Costa tacos. All have been really good. They also have a pretty good drink menu if you enjoy mixed drinks.
1st time eating here at la Costa and the food did not disappoint. My family loved the food and the chips salsa and beans ... we will be back.
The food was good and the place was clean. It took a while to get our food and the sodas were flat.
So glad we found La Costa! My wife has to eat gluten free and we were both able to enjoy our delicious meals. Definitely will be coming here often
I eat there once a month -- the food and service are excellent. They are quick to top off drinks, chips, and salsa. It is a nice local establishment.
We love this place! They have the best refried beans and the Parrillada is a perfect meal for 3-4 people, or 2 if you’re hungry and need tons of yummy protein.
