Generally, the food is well prepared and on time. I have yet to have a poor interaction with the staff after numerous visits to this location. Occasionally, they overcooked the pizza and forget to put the garlic sauce on the bread. When this happens, you just let them know and they fix the problem. They are really good and making things right. As happens with most pizza joints, you get teenagers who are learning the ropes. The plus side to Dominos is it isn’t crazy busy like Little Caesar’s across the road and the quality is better here.
This Domino’s is great. Pizza is always on time or even done earlier than they say. The workers are super friendly and give away free origami Dino’s and birds to their customers. I like that personal touch. If anything goes wrong they make it right by offering free stuff. I swear, the deep dish here is the best. They always have the cheese come all the way to the edge, 🤤 🍕 And their online deals can’t be beat! I’ll be back! Again and again! 👏 well done Domino’s in Highland, Utah. I’m glad you are right down the street!!
Nothing like a fresh hot pizza right out of the oven. And to go in and pick it up from a staff member who is sociable, interactive, customer service oriented and always has a smile on her face. I will get her name and update it here but she has sort of reddish brown hair medium long and I usually see her working evenings. She is the best
I usually order from Pizza Hut but the location nearest me was such a disappointment I decided to try Domino's.
Ordered online and it was delivered in less than 30 minutes! Quick and they got my order right! Food was hot and delicious. No complaints. Thank you!
1: They found my house on the first try. This is way better than any other deliveries (FedEx and UPS included).
2: It was good. I mean it's hard to not like pizza that you didn't have to make or pick up, but I've like Dominos for most of my adult life.
So five stars for good food, and fast delivery. I swear these people are like ninjas that swooped in and ring the doorbell faster than I could even check the delivery status.
