I love this place for some good fish tacos or in my case a salmon burrito! There side of chips and the retried beans are also a total killer! If you enjoy and like fish this place has some great options! The staff seems a bit on the I don’t care about my job side, but the food is great! I’ve been hear a few times and will keep coming back!

The food is good, but the service is always spotty. They always mess things up and take forever. I fully expect them to mess something up every time. But the gourmet shrimp tacos are really good, when they include all the ingredients.

Rubio's always tastes fresh. Consistent flavor that is perfect. Fish tacos are great (for Utah). Not the fastest food, but worth the wait. Never super busy.

The food has always made up for any negative experience I've had here. Price is pretty good and the food always seems to be fresh. I end up going here when I want something that settles on the stomach a bit lighter. Burrito Especial is my plate of choice here and have yet to be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic food with perfect customer service. We love this location. Most recently my husband and I were impressed with the Balsamic and roasted veggie salad with added shrimp (subbed the chipotle orange dressing and it was spot on), and the shrimp and bacon burrito.. which was an absolute dream with the chipotle white sauce. Holy cow. One of the most perfect burritos from the texture of the tortilla to the barely done shrimp, to the bits of hot pepper throughout to offset the white sauce. Gourmet and an excellent price. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone desiring a great casual dining experience!

The best taco place in Utah! Each fish taco is awesome and their Taco Tuesdays are a tradition. Also, you need to head over each winter a few times for they lobster and steak season, the best!!

I used to eat here every Tuesday and sometimes more often. You can't beat the $1.50 fish tacos. The staff is usually pretty quick with your food and friendly as well. Nothing amazing about this location though.

Go on Tuesday evenings for Taco Tuesday! Their regular fish tacos are great, and are half priced on Tuesdays. The fish tastes very good and fresh, while the rest of the ingredients on the especiale taco can overpower the fish, so it really comes down to preference. Clean and open atmosphere, good and quick service.

The restaurant is clean, the food is pretty good, and the staff are friendly and courteous. They've comped us extra chips and things like that more than once, and the few times there have been errors with an order, they've fixed it right away. (My wife and I go there fairly often.)
