Mcdonald's

We stopped at this location for breakfast after a long drive. Upon walking in we were greeted by a sign that says 100%of orders must be made at kiosk offering assistance if needed. Unfortunately that assistance is really not available. The staff refused to speak with customers spending their time on their phones instead. Several customers were in the lobby complaining about the lack of service. We were looking for a large ice water which was not an option on the menus. Once we were able to finally get someone to speak to us we asked for a large ice water offering to pay for it. The young lady refused to provide a large cup of water charging us for a small cup. We understand that staff don’t always have control and asked for a manager. She refused and returned to the back. Unfortunate. We would’ve paid for the large cup as we have a long drive ahead of us.

The only way to order when dining in is through the kiosk. I feel bad for the elderly who can't seem to figure out the kiosk and absolutely no employee is willing to help out. When you need something that requires help from one of the ladies, they always seem to be disgruntled and that alone is reason enough not to eat there. The dining room is always dirty, and you aren't allowed to sit in the first table because that is where the employees sit. It's always the only clean table. The restrooms are always filthy. The drink area is horrendous with coke all over the place. The garbage looks like it only gets taken out when the receptacle can't close anymore. 1 star for poor customer service, the uncleanliness of the place and always bad attitudes here.

I am not sure I like that you have to order on a screen. There were no table toppers or numbers so I couldn't complete my order without finging a real person to help. Then I didn't get a receipt and I needed one for travel so again I had to find a real person to ask for a receipt. Who then told me I couldn't get one with prices so I had to find another real person who could do it for me.

Went through the drive-thru. There were 2 cars in front of me. After I ordered and paid at window 1 I had to wait several minutes to be able to pull up to window 2. When I got there the girl seemed frazzled handing me my Diet Coke and calling it a diet Dr. Pepper and handing me a white milk and calling it a chocolate milk. She then told me to park in front to wait for my food. The 2 cars in front of me, myself and the car behind me all had to pull into the spots in front to wait for our food. What’s going on at this location??? AND I didn’t get a straw. Super annoying.
