Carl's Jr.

I had never tried Carl's Jr., until about a month ago. I loved it from the very first bite! Those burgers are very flavorful! My favorite is the Thick burger, 1/2 lb. Patty with guacamole 😍😋. The staff is very nice and have been patient while the kids decide what they want. This is my new favorite place to go eat even I'm in Amarillo. Awesome job Carl's Jr. staff 🙂

First time here and I got a salad. It was okay, but the quality of the ingredients didn't seem on pat with Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, or Wendy's. It was as if they took a grilled chicken sandwich and cut up the meat and put it in a salad bowl minus the bun. Even the tomatoes were full size slices like what go on a sandwich or burger. The staff was friendly though, so that's something.

Food was good. I would not have eaten here, had I noticed an employee walking around the kitchen in her slides before I paid. I don't think she was on the clock but she still had her Carl's shirt on and was hanging out in the kitchen area. I kind of looked around for maybe some work shoes but did not see any.

We go here often, I like Carl's jr food. The food at this location is normally good. The service usually less than perfect. Today for example we went in after church, employee was short and rude with responses and questions, seem to be only one working front end of store, huffed and puffed all through transaction. Was told the printer wasn't working so I couldn't get a receipt, employees had no name tags and uniforms were extra loose and sloppy looking. Good food, prices are competitive but there are things that need addressed.

Usually when I want a fast food burger I go to Carl’s. There burgers are the bomb most of the time. This last time I went to order the pastrami burger because I saw a commercial on it & I love pastrami. Well got the food home & could not find the pastrami when I took the burger apart. Well low & behold there it was one piece stuck to the top of the bun. I couldn’t believe it because the commercial I saw made it look like it was as thick as the burger. All I got to say no more pastrami at Carl’s. The burger was still good & that’s why I give it 5 stars. I do make a better burger than any fast food place here in town. I wish I could post a pic of the pastrami.

With no exit out of their drive through I’m stuck here. Been waiting at the window for 15 min. In line for 20, and just now got my drink. There are 3 cars behind me and one car in front all waiting for their food. Idk what’s going on but this may be the slowest service I’ve ever received. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant faster.
