Well, I guess I am a fool, 4th visit, order has been wrong every time. 2nd visit, Rude, told me I couldn't have the sandwich plain, 'they already made them'. I told her when I ordered how I wanted it. After a wee discussion on how if I was paying for a sandwich I should get it the way I want it she agreed, had them remake it but made me wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for it. This is my second and last time ever coming to the store they are rude and customer service is terrible. It's just not worth the wait.

This is about the 3rd time we have ordered spicy bowls and they give us regular bowls 😠😡 Like might as well take it off the menu if you are not going to give us what we order!!!

Slowest services. EVER. They tell you to pull up and they never come out there & they never ever have ANYTHING passed 8:20-30 ish EVERYNIGHT. IT IS SOOOOO TERRIBLE. I'm not happy and neither is my daughter.

I just purchase 8 piecemeal bout 30 mins .I couldn't believe with my own eyes a Grey strand of hair I'm not please at all I keep calling employees keep hanging up the phone ND not answering.

The KFC on Ross is so much better.
I spent over 100.00 and got hard biscuits the chicken was all dark meat and we ask for 12 pc and the workers are RUDE.
