I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with Guacamole and this is the guacamole I got, the server sent the manager over for me to tell him, Where is my guacamole? And he did offer to remake it but after 10 hours driving I decided to keep eating what was already a disappointment sandwich. So sorry that at Buffalo Wild Wing in Amarillo Tx, Airport blvd is a disappointment and I feel the service was extra bad after I complained, not that was any better before. Our bartender didn’t know the happy hour menu or wanted to find out, she was tired and had a bad attitude on top of it. The place was fully empty and the ketchup bottles on the bar were all empty and she complained how tired she was. Please do yourself a favor don’t come in here. The manager asked me if I wanted him to not charge me for the meal, I told him to do what he felt was right, I guess not getting me guacamole but charging me fully for it, was the right thing to do in his book, bad bar bartender and worse manager.

Bartender was great, the rest of the experience was mediocre at best. I don’t understand why ordering to go online is $6 cheaper than eating in the restaurant, not the business model I would expect when you serve alcohol. To go food was good, only wish I got everything I ordered, they have a checklist for this (see picture), quite possibly if they used this they would have happier customers.

Terrible, I ordered online to just pick up. Said it would be ready in 19mins when I went to pick up. It took 17 mins for any of the employees to acknowledge me so thats a total of 36mins for my "wings" when I got home to eat them, they are extremely small 9.99 for a 6 pc so expensive. Won't be eating here any time soon.

Sat in the bar today had a very pleasant young lady, this couple sat a few chairs from me and complained about everything. Treated her very poorly was telling about silverware right in my. The manager as well he tried so hard to satisfy the couple, Nothing made them happy they just kept complaining about more things! She was very great and on top of everything’s the kitchen did so well on my traditional wings and chicken wrap. Will definitely be back!

Walking in the service made us feel as if our business was unwanted.
Ordered drinks in the sports lounge said anything nonalcoholic was unavailable and needed to be seated in dining area
Restroom were low maintenance & severely in critical condition. I personally am a Fan of BWW but this one is a 3/10.

Celebrated my husband's birthday on 4/16 and received the worst service. We had a party of 16 and the restaurant was mostly empty and requested 2 wait staff. Waited entirely too long on initial drinks (20 minutes)and received undercooked still doughy fried pickles. I spoke to the waitress and expressed my concern for the lack of service early on. After a half hour longer and an additional food and drink runner we were still sitting with empty drinks. I talked to the manager who said she would make sure the service improved. Sadly it didn't. Food delivered was incorrect, over cooked, missing 3 wings from one of the 10pc. and when billed for the separate checks was a total wreck.
Not sure if the waitress was a newbie, but between her, the food runner, the manager, and the bartender who said they couldn't make a vodka, soda, and lime, but made a chilton.... they all seemed clueless as how to manage a large party and meet our needs.

Loud, dirty, still smoking inside in 2022. Fortunately the bar is separated from the dining room so I didn't have to listen to the noise of screaming children.
Beer was cold, chicken fingers were absolutely mediocre as expected. This "owner" that keeps replying to all these negative reviews needs to have several training sessions for cleaning and basic customer service. There are lots of easily identifiable, low hanging fruit types of things that could be done to dramatically raise the very low bar set for this dining out experience.
Google reviews shouldn't be this savage for a deep fried chain such as BWW.
