I can not ever get good customer service from these females. They chose to mess up my order then put her hand in my face when I asked where the rest of my burrito was. I don’t know why I keep giving them Chances much less my hard earned money only for them to upset me and not even give one care in the world at all. 20yrs ago this kind of service would have NEVER been allowed working for Bobby Cox, it’s so sad what these places have turned into, just reminds me where all The CUSTOMER service went. I made a promise to myself after todays visit that I would NEVER help pay their paychecks again. I was not in any way ugly rude or disrespectful to her but yet she felt the need to upset me in any way possible. Even my daughter stood there and heard the way she treated me. When I only asked for what I had already payed for!!

I ordered a meat burrito with extra red sauce and easy cheese. I got my order and there was NO sauce on it at all. I went back inside and told them and they took my bag from me and gave me sauce on the side with the same burrito from before. I then asked for them to just re make it and the lady in the kicthen screams “Oh my lord, it’s not that serious” WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD. I DIDNT REALIZE I PAID FOR THE STAFFS ATTITUDE.
