Pizza Hut

I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express which is directly next door to this Pizza Hut. I ordered online and watched the app throughout the pizza making process until it said my pizza was on the way. About 25 minutes after it said my pizza was on its way, it finally arrived. And remember, I was directly next door - probably not even a 100-yard walk. The bottom of the box was not at all warm. The pizza itself was not warm. Maybe 2 of the slices were actually cut. The remaining sections of pizza I had to manually pull apart like a neanderthal. I thought pizzas were always supposed to be sliced...but maybe this is the latest trend? Also, I added a gracious tip when ordering - which I now regret and will never do again. I thought giving the tip beforehand would motivate people to do a good job - but clearly it had the opposite effect. Order was prepaid and the tip was locked in, so who cares if customer isn't happy. At least this is the way I interpreted it. Lots of room for improvement here.

I read the reviews before I went. Dirty restaurant and bad service. But I went anyway...wow i walked into complete flith old food all over kitchen floor in plain sight employees were dirty and confused they never acknowledged me until I spoke up for my call in order. They just handed it 2 me like zombies. The pizza dough was raw white and gummy. We ate 1piece and both of us got sick. This is the worst place I have ever been. I give it a double zero. Go and check it out for yourself.u won't believe it.
