Great food truck! Lots of creative options, and of course the classics. Perfect for anyone who likes Hot dogs. The order took around 10-15 minutes and it seemed like there were quite a few other parties.
We tried The Artisan & Chicago, and they’re both really good!!

I’ll admit that it’s been a couple of years since I’ve been here. I will also say that I’m looking forward to when I can go back. The food was excellent and if there’s a line waiting to place an order then you should get in line. It’s worth the wait. Alpine is a wonderful little town to visit.

We were looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch while in Alpine and wanted something truly local. We had the Hangover Dog and Chicago Dog. Both were awesome, the toasted bun and the dog itself was grilled and tasty, the chili, onions, Fritos, and cheese were great!! The Chicago dog with pickles peppers onions and tomatoes was so full of flavor that I didn't want to share. If you are in the area I would definitely stop on for a dog.

Excellent service the concept and food were great..We triec the German dog and the Frito chili dog. Tip: ask for extra kraut or chili.. taste was spot on but a tad dry..dont pass this place up!! Simple and yummy!

I love the variety of the different types of hot dogs that this place has!
My family got The Green Chile Cheese Dog, The El Pastor, The Artisan, and the Frito Pie as a hot dog and we loved all of them!
The chili is not spicy so I recommend getting jalapeños with it.
Excellent service and a cute food truck atmosphere with plenty of places to sit!
I only wish they were open for more days of the week!

The Cow Dog is more than a good dog. It’s a terrific hotdog food truck with beef and veggie dogs and so many fixings to go with your selection of a small dog - child's portion or a big dog - an adult's portion. With the stop.

This was the best hot dog I think I’ve ever eaten... staff was wonderful and fun! Definitely coming back here when I visit again. Highly recommend!
