Outback Steakhouse

Definitely wouldn’t dine here. While waiting for a DoorDash order I witnessed patrons walking out due to not being served, meanwhile the place is empty. The hostess standing there eating while the phone is ringing. People complain about how workers are treated but you actually have to work to be considered a worker. Absolutely no respect and a group of rude individuals.

We were very pleased with the service and food. We did call-ahead seating and were seated within 5 minutes of our requested time. Our server, Alex, was attentive without disrupting our Valentine dinner. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the food was served hot. It was so encouraging to see that this location has been able to staff up; therefore, they had more tables open and could serve more customers. Thanks for a great experience.

Had a wonderful dining experience. Hostess greeted us and seated us immediately. Jamie, our waiter, was outstanding! He was very attentive - refilled our drinks promptly, cleared appetizer and salad plates before entrees arrived. Manager inquired if we enjoyed our meals — which we did. Co-manager also checked on us before we were about to leave. Great restaurant!

T.L. D.R. Maybe understaffed? Cooking is definitely not so great. U visited this location because I couldn't keep eating LongHorn, and decided to compare food and cooking quality between LongHorn, Stoney river and outback. I waited for 30 minutes before we got a table (understandable during COVID) and the waitress claimed the table is wiped (although there are still fries and other food on the ground, underneath table). It took some time for a waitress to show up and take our order, although the rest of ordering process is quite seamless. The horrifying part comes to the actual food served, we ordered two items and both are overcooked and too dry, the salmon taste flavorless, and my steak is...even worse. I ordered same type of steak with exact instructions to avoid issues and this is worse than the other two brands. I guess they are either understaffed or waitresses took a break when we come in, because I only saw her three or four times during the entire lunch, and while in other restaurants they'll come to resupply bread and drink without we mentioning, it didn't happen in this store at this time. Even though I'll probably never come to this location again, I do hope the experience is only happened to us and others are enjoying their food/service. If it doesn't, please consider to improve it.

Food is absolutely delicious as usual. Customer service is also what we've come to expect as being 10/10. Sat in the bar section and so got to experience the whole team working together which is always great to see and our drinks and service experience with Maya, our server and bartender, was the best we've received yet. Out of the 4 or 5 locations we've been, Maya definitely mixed the best drinks and clearly really enjoys what she does. Definitely recommend the Castaway Cocktail!

I’m so disappointed. I went in hoping to get that amazing steak I was craving for weeks. I got a 16oz steak with more fat on it than steak. When the manger came around and asked how we were I said service was great but the steak…. I showed her the entire plate full of cut off fat vs my steak, it was so fatty. She said to me well it’s something I prefer to eat! I would eat all that fat you cut off. 😳 I wasn’t able to send it back, she didn’t even offer 1/2 off. So I pod for a steak I couldn’t even eat. I left the entire steak siting there. Not even a Togo box. I should have went to Texas Roadhouse where I know their steaks are going to be amazing!
