My sub was a bit burned and I expected the staff to ask me if it was ok, but it did not happen. Well, I am ok with a little crust, but at least it would be nice to ask. And the lady that makes subs looked like she already had enough for that day.

The restaurant was clean and in much better condition than the subway down the street. I just wished my buffalo chicken sub tasted fresher.

So sad to say, I was just at this location trying to get 3 sandwiches. When the cashier naught his head and starts complaining about " Its almost 7 o'clock and his worked en 8 hour shift ". He refused to make the sandwiches because he got called out on his B.S. So we came to other locations in Morris road. Honestly can't believe what just happen.

When i worked in the area, I typically went here - always fast service, same faces and the bread lady always remembers the bread I want even if I hadn't been here for a month. I've seen some customers be flat out rude and make a scene and that is just uncalled for.

Went there to get a sandwich to go. Trying to support local businesses. Walked in. No one else was there. The person was making sandwiches (probably from a phone in order). No problem you would think but I stood there for more than 5 minutes and she never even acknowledged my presence. For all I know there were many more to go. I asked if she would be able to help me anytime soon and she still never acknowledged me. Very rude ! Gave my business to someone else and will continue to do same.

The customer service is HORRIBLE! I asked for my bread to be toasted before the woman put the tuna on it, she put it on anyway. Then she took it off and put it right back in the container😳. I asked them to cut my tomato in half and place it on my sandwich this man refused to do! I have been coming to subway for years and he says it’s against “ Subway Policy” to cut a tomato in half and place those halves on the customer sandwich. I have to have 2 tomatoes instead of one😳😳😳. Then he charges me just for a sandwich when I asked for the combo. He argues with me again that he asked but he didn’t. So I was charged for everything separately instead of the combo price which was cheaper. I just left!!! I will not come to this location again. I’m calling corporate to see if this is a real policy that he claimed.

In Regards to Taylor's comment I'm actually one of the ladies (from quest)that comes into Subway. I only bought one cookie in which the rest of the customers were still waiting on there sandwiches to be made. In the future for people like this I will wait because I don't want the subway staff to be wrongfully accused of not treating others fair. They are always nice fast and efficient. And I wait in the lines all the time. Thanks for your great service.
