Recently, I have been going to starbucks and not getting treated how I used to. There is usually attitude and it isn’t a very pleasant experience. On top of that, my drinks and food have not been made right and when I say that, it doesn’t seem to be a great response. Not sure i’ll be coming back.

Horrible always excuses why the coffee( specialty hot drinks) is watered down. Cheese Danish( any product warmed/ toasted) always with burnt ambers( deadly for ingesting( take a moment, especially if you have eaten like this for a while ,it attaches to organs and eats at them or becomes part of the organs ..you start to have problems..) They are lazy that they can't clean out the oven...LAZY. NO EXCUSES DEMAND BETTER!!

Very good Starbucks.....never screw up you payments or orders like so many do. It is always amazing to me that a place that 90% of the patrons use the app that the cashiers don't know how to do the transactions......not at this location!! They are well trained.

I’m a regular! Come here every Friday and Saturday! But this morning was treated with so much attitude after just asking what time they’ll open since they are usually open by 7.40! Guess they’re understaffed however I asked very nicely and didn’t deserve the attitude that was given to me. I just wanted to know since they’re usually open by this time.

The manager and much of the staff is very friendly.
The service level sucks. I have an order that is exactly as it was put in the menu but this location has the ability to mess it up more often than get it correct: Peach Citrus White Tea Lemonade no cane sugar. Also, having staff member MaKayla cop an attitude when I bring in two incorrect drinks from earlier in the day... That were pineapple - you're lucky I'm not allergic! Yes, I'm going to question if your peach is actually peach when it has been pineapple all morning. I'm sorry would have gone a lot farther than your attitude. Instead of just taking my remade drinks and going home without a second thought - you get this review.
Attached are pictures of the two remade drinks (also not full but whatever) and the smiley face is made by my usual Starbucks Barista. Can anyone else guess which one has peach in it!?!?!

Drove by today and they are open again (but it looks like they close at 2pm everyday)! So happy. This is my favorite Starbucks and the one closest to me. The staff is always friendly, and they make mobile orders quickly

Most closed Starbucks I know. Lost plenty of money to app orders just to stand in front of a closed store (the app will take the order unless they mark the change in hours or closing).
