Marco's Pizza

We were visiting some friends in Alpharetta, GA this weekend (we are from TN, long time Marco’s patrons) and I ordered a pizza for the kids and accidentally gave the wrong address for delivery ( missed a digit in the house number, friend’s house, mistakes happen). After getting a notification of pizza delivery and no actual pizza for the kids, I called the store and explained the situation, and with no questions asked we had another pizza delivered to the correct address ( I hope the neighbors enjoyed the pizza they didn’t order!). Love their pizza and the way the situation was handled, they will have my business for years to come! Definitely recommend!

The pizzas are delicious, staff seems nice, deliveries are fast, but the crew can't seem to get orders correct. Twice in one week my order was incorrect. The first time was through door dash and they made my pizza wrong. So the second time I tried ordering directly through them via phone and specified the previous problem I had and to make sure order was right. The person who took my order by phone repeated it back to me correctly, but when it arrived it was still wrong. Seems like whomever is making the food is not paying attention to detail and moving too fast. Maybe that why the deliveries are fast. I will try a 3rd time but have to go into the store to see if that works better. I was offered a credit and they apologized, so I do appreciate that. Just hope they fix this issue with their staff.

Excellent service by the staff but pizza for 7.99 is NOT good at all. It was like rock, greasy on the top but really freshly baked. We will not go to this location for any pizza anymore. Also tables were not clean, someone half eaten pizza on a table, someone footsteps on others table. These place does not keep place clean outside, I wonder what is inside kitchen. AVOID IT.

I used to love Marcos! They used to have great food, punctual delivery, and accurate order... I just recently moved back after leaving the area for three years, and it sure isn't the same. I got medium pizzas, wings, cheesy bread and some extras: sauces, dressings/dip, and crushed pepper... They messed up on my extras; gave me everything except what I asked for. I remember the pizza being better ' gooey cheese and crispy crust, but not today. It wasn't bad, but not what it used to be. Maybe it's the location; I used to go to the Duluth one on/near Berkeley.. I'll have to try one more time before this location really fails me.
