Romano's Macaroni Grill

We went on valentine's day!! They were very busy, if you are inpatient please avoid going on a special day. I heard lot of people saying they will complain to corporate office!! It's not their fault they are busy, even with reservations. We enjoyed our food. Service was good eventhough they were busy. Gentleman in the front did his best to get everyone in. We had good time. Server was good. I appreciate everyone that helped us !!! It was our first time trying this place.

Wow... Almost didnt come bc of some of the reviews. After a long day I just wanted some good food. Took the chance and first time at Macaroni Grill. Amazing is an understatement. Thanks Lisa for amazing customer service and prob the best lasagna I've ever had. Will def be back. Food was hot, well prepared, customer service was great!

Visited there last Thursday and I will give you the positives and the negatives about this location. The positives are: I got seated quickly and my waitress was very very efficient and terrific. As soon as I ordered the food came out immediately. I told the waitress I had a 20% off coupon of which she honored. The negatives: While I was sitting there at the table I happened to notice a little critter walking along the table mat & when I told the waitress about it she had said "oh yeah we just sprayed & that's why they ate probably coming out." I saw the cook staff from where I was sitting and the lady that was grabbing the spaghetti noodles with her bare hands to freshen the noodles up was not using gloves nor did I say any hair nets whatsoever in the cook area. The young man behind the bar, who was doing take out orders unfortunately was using both of his hands to fluff his hair into his cute little pompadour style of hair and did not bother to go wash them immediately after he put his hands through his hair which I found very gross and disgusting. All-in-all the experience was good & would have rated them on 5 stars if it were not for the negatives listed above. Wear gloves & hair nets folks and if you have to touch any part of your body please put on a fresh pair of gloves and if you are going to spray for bugs please do it at midnight so that your wait staff can clean up or wrangle the stragglers.

Like that they have new items on the menu. So we ordered two dishes - the folded ravioli pomodoro and the Ratatouille. The ravioli was great - worth getting. The Ratatouille was ok in flavor, but disappointing in ingredients - was mostly tomato and onion. Definitely nothing like what you saw in that movie. Would have been better if they had added eggplant, more zucchini and squash. It fell quite short without it.

Tina, the former GM, thankfully is back after a 6+ months absence where service issues and other challenges were on the rise. She has made an amazing difference in the short while she has been back, along with Adam and Marissa, in rebuilding the excellence this restaurant has been known for when she was leading it last year and years before. They will work with you to get your order just right. I appreciate that managers come around to the table to double check that everything is meeting or exceeding your expectations. One note for those with food allergies: unfortunately the menu (which comes from corporate without any local control) is not as detailed and accurate in describing the ingredients as it could be, so if you have allergies or a sensitive stomach, please ask your server, or a manager, for clarification. They will work with you to ensure a great dining experience.
