The entire shift on 09/25/21 @ 7:15 pm needs to be retrained and that’s just me being lenient. From the kitchen to the manager. My order was nonchalantly taken at the drive-thru menu. Checked my order before pulling off…. Of course it’s wrong. They get mad at me for pointing it out. I get that they’re young but that’s still no excuse for the poor customer service. Also, Cookout is a place that you know you will get fresh food. They don’t maintain that at this location. Now why they put that onion on like that? Smh.

Great food and price, clean restaurant. Unfortunately, there’s no one there most of the time to take your order and you have to literally yell for them to come out. Note to manager, please install a buzzer or something so staff knows someone is waiting for service.

In all my years coming and ordering, nobody has really taken the time to tell me how to save some money with my order. DJ did just that. I’m rarely surprised in good ways at fast food places, but he’s awesome and gives excellent customer service. Glad this cookout exists!

I use to go to cookout it was my favorite place to go to grab something quick the food is good but the customer service is extremely terrible. First of all the girl that’s suppose to be in front was outside while the line for dine in piled up . Then the people who work in the back was getting everyone orders wrong and proceed to call the customers ignorant instead of apologizing for the mix up. I do not personally recommend this restaurant to anyone I wouldn’t want anyone who disrespects people to make my food !

NEVER AGAIN!!! I just drove here and they forgot to give me my extra quesadilla and sprite instead I got water.. now I’m home and the store is far away. Never going back here again the night shift is horrible

Cheap but good food. The lines are always super long when I go but that's just a sign of a good business. The milkshakes are amazing, I've tried so many flavors and each one is fantastic!

First time at cookout, I learned to get the platter special - it is still a sandwich plus 2 sides. It was a beautiful day so we ate outside. Food was decent, I think it's still effected by COVID safe distancing...

Some of the best shakes I have ever tasted. They are very thick and uses real fruit. I was however not impressed with the food. Hard to believe cars stay lined around the building for the food! Maybe that is why the two cars in front of me only got drinks ..... probably shakes!
