Very friendly baristas! Awesome service and clean facilities. Nice outdoor seating. Plenty of tables and four comfy chairs!

1st visit to this Starbucks. I was wonderfully surprised by the fact that they had the Green (dark green) metal cup! Anyway, the service was great. The employees were friendly. There were only a couple of people ahead of me so I did have to wait for a few minutes. This facility does not have a drive thru so if that's what you need this is not the Starbucks for you. They do offer some seating outside the facility...nothing inside. My food was nice and hot and my drink tasted fabulous!

This was my Starbucks for the nearly 16 years that I lived in Alpharetta and is the location by which I judged all other locations. Throughout the years they have been consistently excellent. I hope they get the new location opened soon so they can continue to set the standard.

I'm so impressed with the way the staff handled our order. We were a group of 16 and they handled our order quick, accurate & with a beautiful smile! Great job!!!!

Staff in this location act as if they don’t want to be present. Each experience is negative for me. Hate to say it’s my complexion. However, I’m starting to believe otherwise. One barista, dark hair, Caucasian and heavyset, has an answer for everything. I don’t think she allows her brain to think before her mouth opens. I spent 14 yrs working in customer service for a Fortune 500. Tooting my own horn loud and proud. Some people don’t grasp the concept that money is green and valuable to all citizens. Treat me like you want to see that check in your account and just know many people come in peace. Whatever underlying issues you might have check it at the door, call out sick for the day or just resign if you lack the soft skills and patience it takes to deal with the general public.

Absolutely not a fan of the barista who made my drink. I asked her to fill up my drink the rest of the way, and she refused twice, before finally just adding coconut milk to the drink to fill it up. Almost every Starbucks I visit holds a higher customer service standard, and this one was very disappointing. Thankfully, there are at least 6 Starbucks locations within a 5 mile radius, so I will definitely not be going back.

I've never had a bad experience, at any Starbucks, in my home of Alpharetta, or anywhere around the world until today. His name is Presley, her name is Meg, and they made me run out of there, never to return again. I ordered, which was btw the same thing all week long, 1 espresso shot, in the mini cup, and requested soy milk with it. The total I was told was $4 and some cents, Presley said he's charging me for a latte because I wanted soy milk with it. I said that every other Starbucks, including this one yesterday has charged me $2.51. I wanted to know why it was different?? He said those are the rules and he has to charge me the same as if I was getting a tall late, because of milk. Mind you, a tall cup (small one out of 3 sizes), which would fill up the whole cup with milk, is a lot bigger than the 'mini' espresso cup. Awful customer service. I come there for years, and I will now go out of my way not to stop by there ever again. I did not buy anything. And I have never experienced such customer service mistreatment at any Starbucks. I plan to call the company tomorrow and report this store and these 2 employees, Presley and his shift manager, Meg. Give me a break, for some milk, they will charge me twice as much. And even more insane, is that no other Starbucks ever tried doing that on this particular order, ever. Even this location yesterday charged me the same. When I asked why? And this makes no sense...because tall cup is so much bigger than espresso miniature cup, so it makes no sense to charge me the same price as they would for a latte. No explanation, except he kept repeating to me that those are company's rules. How? How are they company's rules, when no other Starbucks, including this one yesterday, always charges $2.51. Clearly they were wrong, but even if they weren't, you'd think that they would not try to lose a long time client, for a couple of drops of milk. I am shocked, and I will never, ever, go there again.

Terrible customer service. I had an offer on my Starbucks app that was not fully displayed for some reason, so I asked the barista to check it for me, so I can decide whether or not I wanted to redeem the offer. I figure I could have checked real quick, placed my order, and be on my way to work in a jiffy, but that proved to be a very difficult task for the barista here. I showed her the offer on my phone. She glanced for a split second (pretty sure she didn't even read the offer) and told me she did not know what it was. She proceeded to give me an attitude when I asked if she could just look up the code in the system or do something that can help me figure out what the offer was. I asked her multiple times to just ring me up to check the offer. She did not seem like she was listening and still kept telling me that she did not know what the offer was and could not ring me up. No other barista cared to help me figure this out despite being right next to the one I was speaking with. After a few minutes of back and forth, she finally "suggested" what I had been asking her for the last few minutes. I have been to many Starbucks, and I can say customer service is usually pretty good anywhere I go. This is the only Starbucks that has ever been so rude and unwelcoming to me on more than one occasion. I work 2 min away. I was so glad when I found out that there was a Starbucks this close to work, but after many visits and receiving their unwelcoming demeanor, this was the last straw. I am very disappointed that this location has such terrible customer service and will be taking my business to any Starbucks other than here.
