Zaxby's

Probably one of the worst zaxabys I’ve been too. I’ve been working on milton for years. Eating at zaxabys for even longer. Everytime I come to this store the chicken fingers breading is falling off. Wayyyyyy too light breading. I can tell whoever is making the fingers is not leaving the food down long enough or not putting the flour on the chicken properly. I use to work at zaxabys in snellville before it closed years ago. So I know how the chicken should look. The stores near exit 10 RARELY have this problem. Would not recommend. I wish I could give a zero. The first picture is the zaxabys on exit 10 vs the second picture which is the food I got that day. As you can see the difference is night and day.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how Zaxby's handled my food. On 2/15/2022 1:31pm I ordered boneless wings and fries. We got home and the blue cheese dressing was laying on top of my wings. THIS IS CONSIDERED CROSS CONTAMINATION. I called the store and spoke to Liz-General Manager and the only thing she was able to say was "they always put the sauce packets in the food. I then reiterated that's considered cross contamination. She apologized and said that's how they do it. I said the packets has been touched by others, shipped and stored with other harmful items. She tried to say their packets are stored in a safe manner. I said to her it DOESN'T MATTER IT SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING OUR FOOD. She again apologize. I asked a simple question is this not cross contamination? Her answer once again, that's how they do in. I then asked to speak to someone above her. She said she's the General Manger and the only other person hire then her is the owner and they are not allowed to give out the owners name/information. I told her I will be contacting the health department because I'm sure they have other volitions and contact Zaxby's corporate office to file a complaint. I will do my own research to get the owner's name. We threw the entire order away $37.23 in the garbage and I'm ticked off. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I often eat at this particular location; however they are very stingy with the condiments. It’s ridiculous. You have to pay for any extra sauces and the ketchup packs are extremely limited. Perhaps Zaxby’s can take some advice from Chilk Fil A when offering condiments to guests. Extremely disappointing. The drive thru ladies aren’t welcoming at all; however the guy in drive thru is super nice and friendly.
