The food was prepared as requested, even the condiments were as requested. I called the store directly to place an order for take out. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger, lettuce tomato, Extra, fresh chopped onions (not fried), fried mushrooms, jalapenos, Xtra BBQ sauce on burger w/extra mayo and BBQ sauce on the side, medium soda, fries and a small cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato. My cost was $30.02, I would have actually rated 4 stars because of them being so expensive but, the customer was amazing so they earned all 5 of their stars. They do also

I said no mustard and the line girl had the AUDACITY to scratch it off over the trash can with a knife and use the same bun? That’s disgusting this food is going right in the trash. That was so disrespectful… GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I was nice enough to not embarrass that whole restaurant for allowing her to do that in my face and still serve it to me. yeah never coming back here again…

I honestly don't know why this place is rated so high, I guess when they first opened things might have been different but now the food is okay but way over priced and the fact that you spend $9 on a burger and it doesn't include a drink or fries. The store moves at a snail's pace and with all those employees there you would expect faster service and most importantly a clean store. I'm not a fan of Five Guys the burger is okay and the fries are nasty. I wouldn't recommend eating here there are so many better choices in Alpharetta to get a good burger and you don't have to spend as much.

What a joke! I placed an order online. I showed up and could see my bun with the toppings on it just sitting there. Time and time and time again they filled everyone’s order behind mine and just left mine sitting there. It finally took me saying something before Bevis and Butthead said….oh that’s yours and filled my order. Rocket Scientist working there!

When I think about 5 guys I think greed. The food has always been great but 10 bucks for a burger is crazy. I will not pay 19+ for lunch again. No wonder the place is dead while everything else is busy. I believe this company will not make it with the greedy corporate sky rocketing the prices. I will not be back until something changes 💯. This place is the greatest. Highest quality delicious food, generous with the spicy fries and super clean and concerned with their customer's safety and health. I've only patronized three places since the "shelter in place" order was issued for my area, and this place was two of them!

I have heard from many friends about Five Guys and had really high hopes for the taste and quality. Also considering price, i was expecting them to go way beyond the expectations. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. My first disappointment was dryness of Patty, second the lower part of Bun was breaking bad. I wish they put some effort in quality specially if they are charging 2-3 times of their competitors.
