The line was pretty busy there for dinner I have no idea why, I got a bowl in with a side of mostly stale chips. They were almost completely out of proteins and the beans looked prehistoric. When I got back to the hotel to eat I could not find any sense of warmth in my food for the arduous .3 of a mile car trip. I was wondering what the 5 people in line behind me were attempting to consume on some sort of prehistoric hunt, to which a live kill would have at least yielded a warm fresh kill. Oog says steer clear. Be safe fellow hunters.

Do not mobile order. They will have you wait about 30-40 minutes after promised time during busy season. I’ll remove my review if they work on their promised time a bit. I understand you’re busy at least let us know before we order that it’ll be a 45 minute wait when we get there. About 25 People in line went through faster than a mobile order.

Stop hiring kids that don't have to work. They make it very clear that they don't want to be there and they will do everything else but help the customer and will make them wait for no reason.
You can tell who carries the team and the frustration they have from being burnt out. Hire better people.

Omg I should have never made an order the place where they fix food was totally nasty. These employees don't believe in cleaning as you good. The utensils handles dirty dishes dirty whole place dirty

I honestly don’t know why I even bother ordering delivery from this location. I think they got my order right 2 times out of 8. This picture is of my steak bowl, without spicy sauce supposedly. I dont eat spicy food at all. And they ALWAYS add it to my order. This one has both, green and red sauce. I don’t understand how difficult can it be to just read the items on my order and put them correctly on the bowl. Guess I just give up now and wont be ordering from this location again.

I do not recommend this location. I have never had a problem with chipotle until now. I came to visit family and found this location, ordered 2 hours before closing, and they had a line of 10 people waiting for their food. Even though everyone ordered online they had to wait up to 1 hour from the time their food was done via online. The employees did not say sorry and looked like they were being held against their will. Do not recommend this location.

Forgot my queso. Quesadillas were somehow made incorrectly open face (googled it just to make sure) so all the meat was cold. Definitely not going back to that location. Look like door dash orders are all really bad at this one.
