The guy who took my order was great, excellent customer service very engaging, the woman who brought my milkshake seemed like she was having a bad day. My food was pretty good, I had the hangover burger, the egg was perfect but my burger was more well done than medium. Another person in my group got the Kobe and it was cooked perfectly

I like this place! I like interior, I like super-friendly staff, I like the taste of real burger! And eventhough this place has so many pros - there's one minor cons- it's a little pricey. I've got small burger with 2 extra toppings and a water for almost $10. To me - it can be a litter better price wise.. But everything else is just great! So overall is still 5/5. Thank you guys for good foods!

I love the hamburgers at this place. There are plenty of toppings to choose from and I especially love pickles and get my fair share. Sauces are easily accessible. The place was clean when I was there and one of the workers came and removed my plate and other dishes. The cashier was very friendly on the Sunday I visited the store.

First time here, and the food was exceptional and ready very fast. However, I’m not really a fan of burger places where you have to pay extra just to get fries. The fries are good but the serving size is way too small. The concept of customizing your own burger is unique. The food quality is 5/5 but the overall experience is probably 3/5 if you factor in price.

I get coupons at least once a month and go in to enjoy their burgers! They are always juicy and cooked to perfection. And their honey mustard is perfect on the fries. There is always a fresh selection of toppings and restaurant is clean and has good seating options available. I love the coke machines - has something for everyone.
