American Girl Atlanta Bistro

High prices, but top quality toys that the kids ADORE. They know each doll's name and back story. The whole experience was thrilling for them. We had their "old" dolls hair redone and ate a very nice lunch. Even the 18 month fell in love with her loaner Bitty Baby and fed it from her plate. Our picky eaters ate well and the 3 grownups were happy with our meals and service as well.

Going into the American Girl store is like stepping into there catalog. They have wonderful displays of the dolls with the available accessories. I love being able to see the larger furniture items in person. This location is complete with a doll salon. You can bring your doll in to have her hair styled. My favorite thing is the Bistro. They have delicious food and as a bonus they have special seats for your doll.

We loved our adventure. I would suggest that the salon install a kiosk for onsite salon scheduling. I always make my appointments online. What I noticed is that the few employees who are working the salon often have to stop and sign visitors up for appointments on site. As a result, the scheduling gets behind. And those who have already made appointments end up staying longer! The Weller Wishers tea party event needs to be more personalized and interactive. I felt no different than if I had scheduled my own tea time. Overall, the staff are professional and attentive.

I wanted to revise this. This place was amazing. Our daughter loved it. Mom loved it. I loved it. The getaway from the wilds of the world was greatly appreciated, and there was a magic for our child to see all of these amazing products. We definitely spent more $$$ than we anticipated, but the joy it brought was worth it. The closure of this store is a sad day for us. We send our thank you and appreciation to all of the staff at the Atlanta AG Store. We will miss you all very much and we wish all of the employees the best in future endeavors.

I took my 7 year old daughter here for her birthday and we loved it! The customer service was awesome! There was always someone ready to help. My daughter got her 1st AG doll. We got the doll's ears pierced and her hair done. The appointment system for the doll salon was super easy to book. We also ate at the cafe. The food was just okay, but it was more about the experience. The assistant manager was awesome and gave my daughter a few books and AG trinkets once she found out this was our 1st time to the store.
