Never had a problem at this Sub shop. It's clean and well taken care of. Staff friendly and willing to please. Becky the manager is a real asset to this place. Professional and happy person and projects that into the people she oversees. Wonderful place to sit back, relax and enjoy a good meal. We always feel welcome at this Subway.

One of the worst subways that I have been to. Order light mayo and dressing. M subs came soaked to the point where they oozed when you bit into them. Would have returned to get my money back if I wasn't passing through. Contacted the store and they offered no discount or replacement subs. They only said that they will pass along my dislike to the crew member. So you can add poor customer service to the list. I'LL NEVER GO BACK to that store. YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER. Use the subway right across the street inside Walmart instead if you have to eat in Alpena.

Absolutely love this location. Girls are super friendly, super speedy, the store is always sparkling clean, and the fact that the girls know their sandwiches is super amazing. I've got negative things to say about the Walmart and Neimans locations... But I love the Bagley store. <3
