Hamilton Family Restaurant

I went here with my family it was a busy Sunday morning but we didnt have to wait long to be seated. The waitress was very pleasant got our drinks and then took our order right away. We didnt have to wait long at all to get our breakfast. We had very good service with our waitress and the food was really good. The prices were not bad at all for 4 people everything came out hot.

Sunday may 1st 2022 The service was great. However, nothing was fresh. They failed miserably at healthy food. Everything at the salad bar was bland, old, crusted over etc. The lettuce was soaked in water, the hardboiled eggs were grey & sulfuric. All of the pastas were crusted over. The bacon on my burger was rubber. I asked for a medium burger, it was burnt, & lettuce was old. Wanted well done fries, they were mushy. My compliments to our awesome waitress, yummy coffee, and 2 really cool walls made out of fish tanks. My husband did in fact enjoy his reuban sandwich. The waitress decorated his Cannoli too, which was really cool. Our bill for 3 kids, 2 adults with tip was upwards of $75. I feel robbed. We definitely will not be back. If the food was good, we would specifically come back & ask for Katie. Credit is due... but the food was overall a huge let down. I know its a diner, so I don't demand a 5 star experience. My expectations are on par for a greasy spoon... still, just... not good.

So my wife and I came here after church on a Sunday. It was busy as to be expected and there was a little wait. After the wait we were seated and someone got us drinks. We did have to wait a little long for a waitress to come but we understood with the current times. I got a grilled chicken Club Sandwich and my wife a country breakfast. Food wasn't bad. Sandwich was good but my wife said the onions and peppers were undercooked in her meal. It's a diner and it's quite nice but we have some closer to home that we will stick with.

Stopped on the way out of the third largest city in the state (Allentown, PA). Was so very pleased with atmosphere and service from the lovely staff. I got the roasted turkey club and was feeling dangerous so I upgraded to get the fries … great decision I may add. Would highly recommend stopping by anytime you’re in the third largest city in Pennsylvania.

My husband and I visit there almost once in every two weeks. It’s close to our home so we often go there. On our last visit we got a waitress who had no respect for married couples. She offered my husband different things to try with his breakfast then brought him heart shape toast as an special treat to him. This waitress never offered me anything and didn’t even ask how I would like my toast. Respect is due to all customers no matter what!!! I did mention the service given to the higher staff and they felt the disrespect was funny. The food is ok, most of the staff is good; however, I see that they really don’t care about professionalism nor respect. Due to the shortage of workers you’re liable to get any type of service so that will be our last visit..
