Awful customer service. When ordering through the drive thru I had to repeat myself like 4 times. When I got the order she didn't get one of my items right. Went inside and the stares, the look, the way I was treated was unreal. No wonder they're not too busy. Won't go back!

Incorrect menu prices. Total is one thing on the menu but different when you get to the cashier. Nothing is remedied. You’re just told that’s the price :(. Nuggets were old and cold. Cookie was hard as a rock. A terrible waste of $9.

Just got a jr cheeseburger amd fries..some 4nuggets git in the bag. Problem is ALL the food was cold. Literally cold, nit room temp but cold. Cheese not melted obviously. It was disgusting. Just called amd the manger offered me to get another next time I come in told her I wasn't calling for that nor a refund. I just wanted to let them know so that they can fix the issue. She never gabe me her name but she was very professional and polite, she is the reason for 3stars and not 1

Food was made without a mask and the chicken nuggets were basically McDonald's nuggets. This is the worst Wendy's I've had and here's hoping I don't get COVID.
