United Dairy Farmers

I went in and asked for one cookies n cream milkshake with chocolate milk, then I asked for a cookies n cream ice-cream medium. The kid who made my order made two milkshakes instead of one each, which I was totally fine with. Wasn’t mad or anything, so I said I wanted an ice cream instead of another milkshake to the cashier and this older lady, a bit heavier set who was the cashier that night yelled at me for at least 5 minutes about how medium means milkshake instead of ice cream and made a total scene in the building. Now, I specifically said ice cream so that means they didn’t listen because milkshake and ice cream are two different things when ordering. Also, instead of saying “Oh, we don’t have mediums for ice cream, but we have larges. What flavor or size do you want, and sorry about that” She did not say that at all and I had to again ask for ice cream to get the point across. I said this to her and also said, “why didn’t you correct me then and just say we have larges not mediums”; she then blamed the kid by saying he was unable to decipher this and that she could have and still yelled at me! When obviously she knew what I meant. And the kid even knew after I corrected him about the ice cream, so he wasn’t dumb or anything. He just made an honest mistake. She also then made me pay for the messed up order as well and had the audacity to say “don’t be afraid to ask for anything”. The point is that the customer service was beyond awful and the cashier lady was extremely rude, made me pay extra, didn’t help me, yelled, and didn’t offer and ice cream when I clearly asked for it and never said sorry.

Me and my 72 year old grandmother just left the hospital. We stop to get gas and while I was pumping she realized she needed a drink she ask the make cashier "do you guys sell bubbly water?" And the older lady cashier responded rudely with "go look in the cooler where the drinks are" not to mention when I was trying to pay for gas they the older cashier was rude as well. I do not recommend this place. It only got 1 star so that I could write a review. Maybe you guys need to have a meeting with your employees about customer service!!!

Went here on 11/9/20 at 3:45pm. When I went inside to pay my gas i was waiting at one register and the lady working said very rudely "we cant do gas on that register you have to go to the other one" they dont have a sign up or anything indicating you can't do gas on a specific register. Then, when I asked it i had any points off the male worker rudely said "you always get points when you get gas". So, I was like yeah, I know but, do I have any to use off on this gas purchase. These employees are always rude and have very bad attitudes. If you can't be nice, don't work in customer service. With that being said, I did give 3 stars, because some employees are very nice and the ice cream is good.

I've only been coming here for a year now, but the employees there are so nice that I already feel like family. It's refreshing to see family teamwork, and these people Rock. They really know how to make you feel welcome. I really appreciate that they are right around the corner. And how can anyone resist their chocolate marshmallow ice cream!!! Or their double chocolate shakes!!! Yummy!!!! Since I can't do another review, I'm just adding on to the first review. Today was a really awful day. First my car broke down, then my blow-dryer at work broke..I had to find someone to fix it and find a ride home. I walked into UDF feeling really down. The sweetest cashier went above and beyond and told me he was so happy to see me and told me that I was his favorite customer. I can't tell you how much I needed that tonight after such a terrible day. It really was the sweetest gesture. He is definitely my favorite employee. I found out after cutting the managers hair that his name is Lucian. Thanks so much Lucian! You Rock!!!!

Always having to “see cashier” due to card reader errors. I’ve done this several times and each time the employee says oh it’s been doing that with no solution to a fix. Some clerks are rude depending on who you get and if there is only one working or present the lines can be longer than expected. I quit going here and just stop at Circle K next door.
