The cookies at this location are perfect! Soft as they should be. Not a long wait time, and although ypu might see the employees hold conversations w each other the whole time while making the subs, it doesn't interfere with how fast they prepare stuff 💁🏼♀️ Not bad! The other subway I used to go to in kingstowne the staff was not very friendly, and they skimped on everything; cheese, mayo...and if u ask to add a little more of anything they charge you more. This subway on Rich Hwy doesn't do that at all, and the staff is much nicer so I drive further for subway every time now.

Very friendly staff that always makes me feel welcome. Food quality is almost perfect. Only "down side" is that there may be a 5-10 minute wait as other customers are always here! Worth the wait though, staff always work hard.

This is a greedy Subway! I was told by employee that I was going to have to pay extra for mozzarella cheese. After I ordered 3 flatbread bread egg & bacon sandwiches. I've been to dozens of other Subway's never had to pay extra for mozzarella when ordering flatbread breakfast sandwich. I would not have mind paying extra if I had ordered extra cheese. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

My mom explained to me that this Subway had been robbed at gunpoint, so I’m editing my previous angry review. That’s a really terrifying and traumatic event. I can understand your fear and prejudice now. That still doesn’t excuse you locking me out during business hours. It was rude and unprofessional! Change your store hours, move to the shopping center next door or put up a notice you’re closing early.
They closed their store 15 minutes early today( Sunday). I’m not going to complain to corporate or BBB. I just won’t go back anymore. I only ever ordered a veggie delight with no cheese and it’s just not worth the fuss.

Never add enough ingredients, and barely put any sauce when it said on the online order “2x sauce” and it had less sauce than the mayonnaise which said “regular” sauce.

It’s really ZERO star I want to issue- There is NO sub shop that is as BAD as subways- they put thin sheets of meat on you sandwiches less than 8 slices- the chicken is only 56% meat, how are they still in business.., I’d take the drive to Jersey Mike Or any local mom/pop sub shop EVERY-TIME SUBWAYS SUCK

We have purchased from this particular place before, waited even though there was only one other person but this past Saturday we went and although the sign says it opens at 8 am they were not. The workers didn't arrive until much later. Hope they fix that.

Standard Subway. Really crowded. Food was good service was good. Horrible parking lot. Has the worst speed bumps in NOVA.
