I’m not a person that gets upset about the little things.. But customer service is absolutely horrible these days! Ordered at 9:25am with McDonald’s app, finalized my order and was in the spot for curbside pickup waiting.. waited until after 10 and finally called the store to see what was going on with my $40 purchase and got immediate attitude from Alley rudely stating to me “Well no one was parked there so….” Umm excuse me!? Making it feel like I was in the wrong, and continued to rudely say “well” “well…. WELL WHAT?? Look out the window and see my car parked there and do your job, read the ticket and bring the food!! I didn’t donate $40 or the food ???! So they finally bring me the food, drive all the way home…and half the order is missing!! R u kidding me! The part I’m most upset about is the customer service on the whole thing!! Don’t be RUDE and make the customer feel that they r at fault, apologize and fix the mistake!! So discussed these days on how careless people are in this world these days! Be kind, nice and be helpful… AND Grow up! Being rude is not going to get you anywhere in life! -Done with this store!

Fish sandwich tasted like it has been cooked and then left sitting in the window to die. That's not the worst part though because it tasted like the cook had taken that dead fish sandwich out of the window and dropped it into the fryer again to "make it fresher". Let me say this, all that happens when you try to save dead fast food is a super greasy patty of meat that make me feel even worse for having eaten it!

Well today 6/1/22 went in for meal but got charged three separate times. I called to ask was very polite but got rude response. I am not happy to be charged for meal 3 times especially when times are kinda hard now. They should have better management or supervision no need to be rude after taking my money and were shown respect from me.

The line moved fast. The employees are courteous. However my McChicken sandwich was dried up. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is go buy food and than have to throw it away. Keep serving old food like you just don't care. Did you know that your food has a shelf life. Is it just lazy or incompetence. I would be embarrassed to be either one. Whatever
