I’m not a person that gets upset about the little things.. But customer service is absolutely horrible these days! Ordered at 9:25am with McDonald’s app, finalized my order and was in the spot for curbside pickup waiting.. waited until after 10 and finally called the store to see what was going on

Fish sandwich tasted like it has been cooked and then left sitting in the window to die. That's not the worst part though because it tasted like the cook had taken that dead fish sandwich out of the window and dropped it into the fryer again to "make it fresher". Let me say this, all that happens

I'm beyond disappointed. The food was cold, old and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. The drive thru cashier was rude and practically threw my food at me... The burgers had red meat on them. First time I've ever seen a bloody McDonalds burger. Nastiest thing ever. Never again.

Visited on 5/8/22 customer service was poor. Taken a client there, he ordered his food, trainer who took my client's order walked away. Another employee told me they would bring it out. I told the 2nd employee I wasn't even given the opportunity order. She took my order, no apologies were given

Friendly crew. Grandkids loved it. Food was fresh and hot. Coffee was piping hot. Much better than the Alex south location on just about everything.
