I went here today for lunch. It looked like they’re a family owned restaurant. I got their lunch special fajita with chicken. Their food was delicious and the staff was very courteous. Our server even got another free refill of the nachos and salsa, which I appreciated. I love their customer service and dedication to good food.

Food was very good. Atmosphere was cozy comfortable. Only complaint we had was that they had no Bacardi rum for rum and coke. Queso was the best by far than other Mexican restaurants we have been to.

The staff were very nice and easy to talk to and fun and make you feel welcome the second you walk in the doors! The food is so delicious and they offer a menu that has great variety of different plates to try out . This restaurant is the best out of the other Mexican eats in Alexandria, and Mi Mexico is first pick in my book!

Quick to seat you and get your order in, but they don't check back very frequently and this last time they walked by five times with my card on the receipt while cleaning up another table. Food is always good though.

I have never had any Mexican food like this before. My friend and I didn't like any of it! Very bizarre flavors, queso Blanco is cold hard cheese strips! We couldn't even eat it. Not like other Mi Mexicos.

If you like authentic Mexican dishes, than I highly suggest Mi Mexico! The food was awesome! And don't even get me started on the margaritas!🤤Yum! And even though it was New Years Eve and they were super busy and training in a new waitress, the service and the meal timing was still impressively very efficient. We had 2 drinks, an appetizer and 2 meals and our bill was still under $60! I will definitely be going back here to eat again!! Muy Bueno!
