Papa Johns Pizza

Worst Papa Johns EVER! It’s National Pizza Day so we decided on Pizza tonight just to be supremely disappointed! My pizza arrived thrown all over the box with cheese and toppings falling all off. Like really? On NATIONAL PIZZA DAY? This is supposed to be your time to shine! Don’t get me started on the wings that I ordered and asked to be WELL DONE! Take a bite and it’s squishy YUCK! Anyway, never ordering from here again. I’ll stick with Pizza Hut.

Man I have worked at other papas during Covid and this pizza I just got from this store is straight fire. Sooo f@&ki. Good. High rive I’d like to add for all the helpless people I just saw in comments. When you order online it tells you the time link it to expect and that changes based o how busy they are. So calling ain’t helping. Your were notified If your doing carry out and leaving the food for 30 mins that’s on you All the negative reviews I read seem to be of helpless / entitled people. That 30 mins or less promo of dominos pizza died in the 1990’s. Read the instructions and guess what , it will all work out

After calling to confirm an online order didn’t go through we were told they would start working on the order right away and it would only take ten minutes. An hour later, still no pizza. It eventually arrived to an overly hungry class of children. This was for a birthday celebration at a preschool and it negatively impacted the kids and staff by being so late. Would never order from this location again.

I ordered Large pizza from this location . I found baby roaches on pizza. I would never ever go to this location. my wife is pregnant and we both had a Pizza. They claimed they always give us fresh Pizza but they don't. very bad customer service. don't order from this place it's very unhygienic. I don't think so I would be able to eat papa Johns pizza anymore.

When delivering food to residents, please honor requests to "leave at door." Multiple times when ordering, I have checked the box on the website AND indicated in delivery instructions to just leave pizza at door; every single time, delivery drivers have knocked, and this last time, asked if I can't hear their knock and lecturing me on their dislike of leaving delivery items at the door. I get this may be a courtesy, but this shouldn't be given at the expense of blatantly not following delivery instructions or company wishes. Also, please cut pizza better.

I was delivered the wrong pizza. I ordered a large with pepperoni, sausage, and green pepper for dinner. Simple. Easy. Delivery was late, about 45 minutes later later they said it would be. And, even worse, I was delivered the wrong pizza. It had pepperoni, spinach, and stuffed crust. The receipt tagged it as my pizza with my toppings, but was clearly someone else's pizza. When I tried to call the store to voice a complaint, the number was disconnected. I was only able to speak to someone after selecting the option to "place a new order", which got me to the cashier. But she then transferred me to the "manager", which turned out to be another disconnected line and the call ended. The service is absolutely atrocious, guess I should have checked the reviews since others have had these issues.
