Have been eating here since I was a teenager. Came in from Baton Rouge and this was a must on my list. Did not disappoint at all. Same consistent wonderful food and service!

This place is atrocious. I got 2 shrimp baskets on January 15th, for dinner. It was by far the worst thing I have ever been served out of any kind of eating establishment. I wouldn't feed Lou &Laura's to a wild hog. If you have just one taste bud left.....do not waste it, nor your money on this rancid, nasty so called food.

This is the second time I have eaten there and it is a great little family restaurant. I had the shrimp basket and they were delicious. I love going to places like this.

We got the cheeseburger boy and it was really good. I do smoked meats for myself and customers and I have to admit that this is a really good place to eat

A classic in Alexandria - legendary po-boys & fries. Shrimp po-boy is my favorite. Highly recommend - put this one on your list.

This is MY ace in the hole. My 14 carat Gold chicken spot. The Fried Chicken AIN'T CHEAP but it's DELICIOUS!!! If you're like me...tell em to Make it Crispy. BOTH versions are GREAT though. 👍

Excellent Broasted Chicken. Plenty of other options available for those for something else like the Pressed Poboys. Local, family, friendly dining. Always a good choice for a snack or full meal.
