Lesley was our waitress. She gave one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time. She is truly one of a kind! She is somebody you will remember because how she makes you feel! She took good care of us from start to finish. Very genuine and personable! The food was good but she truly made the experience.

We came in earlier this evening and ordered a ribeye and it was perfect! My husband and I love going there for the food and awesome service! Our personal favorite server is Wilson! He is always smiling and happy to help with even our weirdest, most complicated requests! There also seems to be a great deal of team work among the staff! 10 out of 10 WOULD recommend!!

Came in on a Friday night expecting a long wait but was seated almost immediately. Wilson was an awesome server. He was very friendly and tentative. Food came out quickly and was exactly as we ordered it. Dinner was delicious and hands down the best in the area. Thanks Outback for always delivering a great experience.

We come here to eat all the time and it’s almost always the promise of good service and great food, but today, we had an amazing experience! To give context my family and I travel a lot, a d we eat out a lot. So I have had many interactions with many servers, but our server today, Alexis, is easily the best waitress that had ever served me or my family. She was so sweet and attentive and I appreciated it a lot!

2-17-20* Revisit
My wife and I brought our children here for the first dates. I explained the situation to the host and he was very courteous in getting us all our own tables in the same area. Our waiter was also very courteous in helping us with this situation. My little girl is only 8 and my son is 14. The waiter done an excellent job working with us all especially the children. Outback has always been one of our favorite places to eat. Thanks go out to the staff that helped make this night special for us all. FYI..the floors are a bit too slippery. This is a concern for people falling and getting hurt. The mens bathroom floors are worse. Although everything is clean the floor have a very slippery residue on them.
We went at 4pm on a Friday and were seated instantly. Our server Paul H was awesome. The food was perfect. The burger was cooked perfect, lots of flavor. The appetizer was insane. If you get an appetizer get this and try it. Mac and cheese balls are dang good. My wife said the Shrimp on the barbie were seasoned good and cooked perfect. Paul H recommended trying the New Ginger Bread Martini which was freakin awesome. This was probably our best dining experience in Alexandria.

William was awesome. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. We didn’t just feel like another number but took the time to greet us and ensure anything needed was provided. I can’t say enough about William only to say others should take notice. You guys are blessed to have William. Wish him nothing but success.

Standard steak fare, it nothing special. One in our party wanted a half order of shrimp, but waiter said only full orders were possible. Seems like a waste as she was not able to eat them all. Service was ok but a bit slow with a few mistakes that the waiter promptly corrected. There were no mashed potatoes (waiter said they were out), but they had baked potatoes so they obviously do not make the mashed potatoes at the restaurant. No tartar sauce for the shrimp but they made a version in a dish that looked like someone else had already tried it. Waiter was friendly but may have had too many tables.

Went after church Sunday to try the steak & endless shrimp, the food was awesome, however, our waitress Payton was a superb, friendly, best attitude waitress. Thank you Payton for making our dining experience absolutely wonderful.

Our experience was horrible, sat there 10 minutes before even being acknowledged at our table. Then when we finally got our food, my steak was so spicy that I couldn't even eat it, my baked potato was not even warn enough to melt butter or the cheese on it. Oh and before that my ranch salad dressing was so watered down it had no taste. Our waitress took my food back to be redone, the manager came over and said he'd take care of it but we didn't even get anything comped on our bill. Definitely will not be going back.

Was very disappointed. Ordered a filet & lobster & I have no idea what kind of meat I had, but it wasn’t filet. Lobster & pina colada was great, but nothing else. Cesar salad & steamed veggies were bad too. Service was ok & the only reason for 2 stars. The bathroom...OMG! My kid almost puked going in there & we didn’t even use it. It’s such a shame because this place use to be great.

My daughters and I went for lunch and had to ask for new silverware several times because we could not get a clean set. We ordered and the waitress brought us our drinks. I finished about 2/3 of my tea before our food arrived and my daughter noticed something on the bottom of my glass. She lifted my glass and we could all see what looked like food particles floating around in what was left of my tea. That did it for us. We won't be going back to Outback Steakhouse.

Best server I've ever had, hands down. They weren't swamped but they were busy. I did have to send my steak back but it was back out fast and perfect on the second go round. We were sat ordered ate and were out of there in less than 40 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.
